INGREDIENTES: ▪️1 Kg de pecho de res o falda ▪️1/4 Taza de mostaza ▪️2 cdas de paprika ▪️1 Cda. de ajo en polvo ▪️1 Cda. de cebolla en polvo ▪️sal y pimienta. ▪️1 taza de Salsa BBQ ▪️ 2 tazas de bebida de Cola ▪️2 hojas de Laurel • TRUCOS DE LA ABUELA: - Si usas paprika ahumada vas a lograr un mejor sabor. - Cuando la olla coja presión déjala cocinar por 1 hora y media. - La salsa la dejas unos minutos más en el fuego hasta que reduzca un poco y quede más gruesa. - Combina toda la salsa con la carne para que quede más jugosita. • Con esta receta se van a lucir y combina con todo lo que quieran comer!!!
