Livingceramics Project. The challenge was to find a material that was both resistant to the humid climates and high temperatures in warm regions, but that also added a natural touch to the space. Our ceramic collection inspired by lightwood meets both of these requirements and thus became an integral part of the project.

Livingceramics Project. The Lightwood collection in a 20×120 format has been used for the façade, which is the same design that runs through into the home itself. This wood-inspired ceramic is also used at the front entrance and in the perimeter hallway that leads to the interior of the home.

Pour la façade, on fait confiance à la série Lightwood au format 20 x 120, qui nous conduira directement vers l’intérieur de la maison. Cette céramique d’inspiration bois est aussi placée depuis l’entrée de la rue et dans un couloir périmétrique qui mène vers l’intérieur de la maison.

Die Herausforderung bestand darin, ein Material zu finden, das gegenüber dem feuchten Klima und den hohen Temperaturen in heißen Gebieten unempfindlich ist und gleichzeitig Natürlichkeit in den Raum bringt. Unsere von Holz inspirierten Lightwood-Fliesen erfüllen beide dieser Ansprüche und wurden somit zum Herzstück des Projekts.

Une fois à l’intérieur, le revêtement à effet bois reste l’élément principal. Grâce au format polyvalent de la série Lightwood, ce revêtement de Livingceramics se pose en chevrons dans la cuisine et le salon pour apporter du dynamisme à l’espace. Cette forme est achevée avec un tapis périmétrique dans le sens des lames du même matériau posées sous le porche afin de créer une continuité visuelle entre l’intérieur et l’extérieur.

Livingceramics Project. For the exterior zone, both the pool area and the pool itself have been produced using the Bera&Beren collection with an anti-slip finish, an essential feature for bathing areas, and the colour chosen was Light Grey. The same material in a 3 cm thickness was also used for the coping around the pool, in order to create a fully consistent aesthetic.
