Keto Diet Tips & Recipes on Instagram: "High-Protein Caesar Wrap 🥬🍗🧀 Base: 🥄 1 cup cottage cheese (226g) 🧀 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese (28g) 🌿 Italian seasoning 🧂 Salt Caesar Dressing: 🥄 1/2 cup cottage cheese (113g) (blended) 🥛 1–2 tbsp milk (30g) 🥫 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (10g) 🧂 Salt & pepper, garlic powder 🧄 Garlic Toppings: 🍗 2 oz chicken (57g) 🧀 1–2 tbsp Parmesan cheese (10g) 🥬 1 cup lettuce (50g) Process: 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C). 2️⃣ Line a sheet tray & spread with coconut oil to prevent sticking. 3️⃣ Spread 1 cup cottage cheese, top with 1/3 cup parm, seasoning, and bake for 25 mins. 4️⃣ Meanwhile, blend your dressing ingredients and set aside. 5️⃣ Chop lettuce & chicken, mix with dressing just before base is done. 6️⃣ Once wrap is ready, let it cool
