Ingredients (makes 6): • 1 lb Ground beef • Salt & pepper (or your favorite burger seasoning) • 6 small flour tortillas • 6 slices American cheese (or cheddar) • Dill pickles, sliced • Shredded lettuce • Guacamole, for serving • I made an In-N-Out style sauce to go with it Instructions: 1. Roll the ground beef into 6 equal balls. 2. Heat a skillet or griddle to medium-high. Place a tortilla down, then a beef ball on top. Smash the beef flat into the tortilla. 3.
