Giulia Farnese, the infamous mistress to Pope Rodrigo Borgia during his tenure as Pope. Young and beautiful Giulia was known as La Bella, or the Pope's whore. Her daughter Laura was likely the Pope's daughter though he never recognised her. She is also possible the mother of the infant of Rome, or Giovanni Borgia.
