Clean Eating Chai Latte (Makes 2 servings) Note: I make this entire recipe in my glass (pyrex) measuring cup (2 cup measure). It’s just easier that way. Ingredients: 1 3/4 cup boiling water 2 tea bags of Chai Rooibos tea 1 stick cinnamon 10 whole cloves 1/2 inch fresh ginger, peeled and sliced 1/2 cup non-fat milk 2 teaspoons honey (optional)
