Mrs YumTum - Easy & Quick Recipes on Instagram: "Veggie wrap   Veg cutlet:  -Finely chop carrots, beans, onions & corns.  -Add 1 small boiled potato, 2tbsp full scrambled paneer, fresh coriander & breadcrumbs of 1 bread.  -Add in dry spice mix- 1/2tsp turmeric powder, 1tsp red chilli powder, 1tsp chaat masala, 1tsp coriander powder & salt to taste. -Mix well. I’ve lost 7 kgs in a month and this dish is something I eat atleast once a week for dinner. It’s so so tasty and filling & a great way to use leftover roti too.  Overall I’ve soaked 1.5 cups chickpeas for 12-15 hours overnight (they increase in quantity after soaking). Out of that used 1 cup as it is for falafel and cooked 1 cup in the pressure cooker until tender for hummus.   The crispy falafel (without frying) over the roti with creamy hummus and crunchy, pickled vegetables make for a great tasteful meal. It’s the perfect healthy one meal dinner.
