Valentines gifts I made for my kids mall items came from the Dollar Tree. I have Square piece of styrofoam with boxes of candy hot glued around it. Then using bamboo kabob sticks I hot glued candy bars and other little goodies on the sticks and stuck them into the styrofoam. Kids and adults love it.
