The Lane Avenue Theater was built in 1948 in Upper Arlington. The building of the theater was the start of the Lane Avenue Shopping Center(now called The Shops on Lane Avenue). It was located at the end now occupied by Bed, Bath and Beyond. It was later replaced by a Super Duper Store. Super Duper closed in the 70's.
