The beginning of the year is the perfect time to foster teamwork among students, especially when it comes to Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). One of the best ways to ensure that all students are invested and participating equally is by introducing STEM group roles and giving students a chance to practice those roles in the context of a team building STEM challenge.
