The first 2 are newer in my routine and I think the prone kickbacks are my favorite so far 😍 Comparing these to the standing tricep kickbacks, I felt more of the muscles working in this position, with light weights - no need to go too heavy! For reference, I’m holding 5lb dumbbells for the prone kickbacks and 8lbs for the cross body and skull crushers.
