Bear is one of the most interesting characters in Reservation Dogs. He's a young man who has recently lost one of his best friends, but despite that, he continues to look on the bright side. He has an absentee father, so a part of him is always striving for that validation. The validation is what makes him assume that he is the leader of his friend group, or at least take on a leadership-type role. Reservation Dogs does a great job utilizng it's main 4 characters, but Bear is the standout.

Cheese was a character in Reservation Dogs. His character was sweet and even though his life was not rainbows and candy his heart was not hardened. He was optimistic and a good kid. His representation was flat, in my opinion, because he was merely portrayed as a follower and had almost no spotlight. When in reality he was a crucial character, always listening, always content to be part of the lives of his friends. His representation lacked more insight on his values as an indigeneous teen.
