Here are the amounts that I used: 8 ounce mason jar, two lemons thinly sliced, 1/2 a large onion thinly sliced, about 1/2 cup of honey, about 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar. Layer the lemon and onion on top of each other until you almost reached the top and then fill the jar halfway with honey and the rest with apple cider vinegar. Put a lid on it and put it in a cool dark place like your pantry for a day or two and then you can use about a teaspoon when needed for when you have a cough.
