Matthew Carter, a typographer whose work is marked by a combination of expression and restraint, was one of four cofounders of Bitstream, a digital type foundry based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Bitstream was among the first of the independent font foundries. Description So the project was to make a poster out of a font. I picked Georgia, cause it's really easy to play with. It's very readable and pleasant to the eyes, since it's designed for screen. I will admit, this isn't the most original looking typographic poster out there. Whatever, it looks nice anyway. Made in Adobe Illustrator CS Credit for Matthew Carter for Georgia.
