For some reason, video game characters don't often inspire quality toys. This line, though, is quite good - the figure has a nice sculpt, and the individual pieces are assembled in an inconspicuous way. Paint is merged well with the molded vinyl colors. The pose is a little stiff, and the face isn't all that expressive, but it balances well, and otherwise it's nicely on-model. This is a great figure from Super Mario Characters Figure Collection 2 - nice and big, with a tight sculpt and paint job. To my knowledge, there's Mario, Yoshi, Goomba, Donkey Kong, and Fire Mario - I bought Mario and Goomba at the San Jose toy show a little while back.
