Think side to side, forward & back. We are trying to move the urine in your bladder so it can be voided more easily.  🤍 Or stand & do some pelvic movements then sit back down.  🤍 Allow for enough time for your bladder to completely void. Don’t rush (or push)!  🤍 Take some deep breaths while sitting on the toilet to relax your pelvic floor. The more these muscles relax, the better chance your bladder has to void your pee 👌🏼  P.S.
