I would suggest either 1 or 2kg dumbbells for upper body as you’re working smaller muscle groups.  This will get you started and once you get stronger you can expand your collection as they’ll always go to good use. 

Work in a slow controlled manner always keeping your shoulders back and down so they don’t raise toward the ears ❤️

Try to keep the arm straight in the first move and squeeze the tricep towards your body. 

Omg guys I have jammed a muscle in my back (rhomboid or traps) in my SLEEP! wtf! So do these for me please?! When you aren’t able to move freely it really does make you freakin grateful for when you do.
