Part hair desired way first, then wrap both sides first, do the back last. Wrap until all hair is up, I used a bobby pin to secure while I slept. In the morning shake hair out of head band and slighly separate curls. I used a curling iron for touch ups and hair spray for extra hold. My hair does not hold curl and I had these curls for the entire day. Curls loose and fun, loved it!
