The easiest way to make homemade pizza on a time crunch!! Don’t worry if you don’t have sourdough discard you can also use greek yogurt!⁣

d’EATS ⁣
-2 cups all purpose flour ⁣
-2 tsp baking powder ⁣
-1 tsp salt ⁣
-1 tsp garlic powder ⁣
-1 tsp onion powder⁣
-1 tsp Italian seasoning ⁣
-1/2 cup sourdough discard⁣
-1 cup greek yogurt ⁣
⁣
How to:⁣
⁣
Preheat your oven to 425F ⁣
⁣
Start by mixing your dry ingredients together then add in your discard and greek yogurt and mix until completely combined ⁣
⁣
*if you don’t have discard use an extra 1/2 cup of greek yogurt**⁣
⁣
Place dough in a 9” cast iron skillet. ⁣
⁣
Top with all your favorite pizza toppings and bake on 425F for 30 minutes. ⁣

For the Base :-
🫓Quinoa- 1/2cup
🫓Whole Wheat Aata- 1/2cup
🫓Salt to taste
🫓Chilli Flakes- 1tsp
- Blend quinoa into fine powder.
- ⁠Add quinoa, whole wheat aata, salt and chilli flakes in a bowl and mix it together.
- ⁠Add water & knead a soft dough.
- ⁠Cover & let the dough rest for 10 mins.
- ⁠Roll it out dock using a fork.
- ⁠Cook the base in a pan from both the sides until nice golden brown.

For the Sauce :-
🍅Tomato- 2no.
🍅Oil- 1/2tsp
🍅Garlic- 3no.
🍅Ketchup- 1tsp
🍅Salt to taste
🍅Pepper- 1/4tsp
🍅Red Chilli Powder- 1/4tsp
🍅Chilli Flakes- 1/4tsp
🍅Mixed Herbs- 1/4tsp
- Cut & Blanch 2 tomatoes. Once cooled blend into puree.
