Made a troll hat for crazy hat/hair day at school. Cut a piece of elastic long enough to go around an old hat then made a mini tulle tutu. Tacked down the skirt to the hat using a thread and needle being sure to go through the elastic and hat material, tied the ends together with some yearn, and trimmed the top as needed. Added the ribbon and foam flowers. My PreK student loves it and it's so cute on!
