Faerie Flower Hat by littlewingfaerieart on Etsy - This hat is composed of airbrushed fabric petals that have been sewn on a lightweight aluminum frame. It fits most adult heads and children over five. The top of the hat "the stem" is wrapped with ribbon and green sequins and lightly embellished with glitter so it is shiny. The hat attaches with two ties that go beneath the chin, similar to a bonnet.:

Found image. I imagine this costume is made from crepe paper stiffened by wires. I once owned an old Dryads book showing you how to do this. These images came from the States.

I found this dress made out of flower pedals. It reminds me a lot of my dress, since I am "The Girl on Fire."
