Ingredients for sauce:
5 Chile California
5 Chile Guajillo
1 Chile Pasilla
Garlic cloves

Recipe: Boil all the chiles for 15 minutes, remove and add to blender along with 2 garlic cloves, 1 tbsp of chicken bullion, 1 tbsp of tomato bullion, 1/2 tsp of cumin,1/4 tsp of oregano,5 coriander seeds & 2 cups of water blend and be sure to strain after & your sauce is ready💞

Ingredients:
10 Chile Guajillo
10 Chile California
2 Chile Pasilla
5 Garlic Cloves
6 Corriander Seeds
Oregano
Chicken Bullion
Tomato Bullion
Cumin
Black Pepper

Recipe for sauce:
•Boil the chile california, chile pasilla & chile guajillo for 15 minutes
•Place them in the blender along with 5 garlic cloves, 6 corriander seeds, 4 cups of water & all the seasonings, blend & its ready.

Recipe for pozole:
•Add water in a large pot once it starts boiling add the pork along with half a white onion,5 garlic cloves and salt.
•Cover and boil the meat for 1 hour and 30 minutes (or until meat is tender)
•Once the pork is ready remove it from the pot and add the hominy
