This costume is worn by Sakura in the first opening theme song of Cardcaptor Sakura. The song is entitled Catch You Catch Me and is used for Season 1 of the series. (Episodes 1-35) According to the first OVA, Tomoyo designed this costume especially for the opening of the series (which Sakura was not aware of until the end of OVA).
