I had a lot of fun with this one. It is for a lady whose one wish was to live in a thatched cottage in the country. She didn't get her cottage and now she is 80 I'm guessing she probably won't. Kind of sad really. Hope this cake doesn't rub it in too much!! :-) Lemon cake with lemon curd buttercream (her favourite and now my new favourite!) :-) Jx
