Two new cafe–bike shop hybrids fix ambitious meals and flat tires.

After leaving Jill and Shaun and their beautiful home in Henley-on-Thames, I jumped on a train to downtown London, where I was met at the station by Andreas Kambanis (aka the 'London Cyclist'). I've spoken to Andreas several times before via Skype and email, but this was my first time ever seeing him in person. Pedal is a unique concept bicycle workshop cum coffee bar where cycling enthusiasts can socialise with like-minded others over coffee and pastries while they shop for the latest accessories and have their bikes serviced.

3) Some things that my employees are in charge of is selling, assembling, and repairing bikes. We make sure your bike if fully functional before you leave the store.
