You can crush it from home or the gym! All you need is a set of heavy & light dumbbells & a bench. Don’t have a bench? Lay on the floor with your feet under the couch for exercises 4 & 6 & sit in a regular chair for exercise 5.

This is one big giant set. Complete 3 rounds of the following exercises. Rest 45 seconds between each exercise or longer, if needed.

1️⃣ HIGH PLANK LATERAL + FRONT RAISE = 1 rep
🔥 8 reps each arm
2️⃣ CLEAN & PRESS TO SINGLE ARM PRESS
