This is a paperwork Turing machine which was written by me in summer of 2017. got an inspiration from the book "Annotated Turing" by Charles Petzold and was trying to attach to the original style of Alan Turing, who has created and described an abstract artificial intelligence mechanism (machine) within paper and pencil.
