NASSICA FACTORY OUTLET, GETAFE
The "factory outlet" concept is reflected in the industrial design aesthetic where there is an emphasis on buildings with exposed pipework and installations.
DIVERSIA RETAIL PARK
The approach taken for the architectural solution of the Leisure Centre is conditioned in principle by the urban junction where it is located. A feature plaza is formed by means of Italian steps, in the shape of a half moon that rise up to create a podium. From this platform the public are orientated towards the different volumes and spaces of the Centre.
NASSICA RETAIL & LEISURE PARK
Fenwick Iribarren worked in close collaboration with its client, Neinver, to design Nassica, one of the major Leisure Centres in Europe. The Centre, innovative in its concept and realisation, mixes three very different retail typologies which are combined together perfectly, these being Leisure, Factory Outlet and Retail Park.
ALEGRA RETAIL & LEISURE PARK
Set on a large platform containing a retail park with warehouse outlets, a complex of diverse buildings is developed where three large boxes, housing diverse leisure activities, stand out. First is Micropolix, offering a variety of children's leisure activities, followed by a translucent volume containing a gymnasium and other sport/ recreational activities; and finally a large truncated volume allowing access to the cinemas.
