Tarta de queso japonesa - Ingredientes: (para 8 raciones) – 3 claras de huevo – 80 gr. de azúcar – 1 pellizco de sal – 250 gr. de queso cremoso light (yo utilizo Philadelphia light) – 3 yemas de huevo – 50 gr. de leche desnatada – 30 gr. de harina refinada de maíz (Maizena) – 1 cucharadita de levadura química en polvo – 30 gr. de zumo de limón
Cornbread for the rest of us. I made a few modifications to suit my pantry and my preferences - I used almond meal instead of ground flax, lime juice instead of lemon, olive oil instead of melted Earth Balance, 1 Tblsp of Stevia instead of sugar. And Almond Milk was my milk of choice. It was quite runny when I poured it into the pan, but it baked up wonderfully - even kind of fluffy - and the taste was amazing.
