Made this for dinner tonight....absolutely delicious!! I didn't use the butter on top, but sprayed the fillets with olive oil Pam which made them a little crispy

The BEST Baked Fish. I used thick tilapia loins and Panko Crumbs only. My recipe is basically 1/4 c mayo, 1 T. dijon mustard, 1 T. lemon juice. Stir and smear on fish. Place on parchment and press on a mixture of Panko, 2 tsp. dill and seasoned salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 450˚ for 15 min. No turning!

I love this fish because it is super easy to prepare (5 minutes or less) and is fresh and colorful. This recipe would also be great using other types of fish, such as tilapia or halibut.
