Copycat Chili's Salsa recipe- THIS SALSA ROCKS!! I used a bit less jalapeno than it calls for b/c I didn't want it to be too spicy. Also, at first, it tasted way too tomato-ey. I had to add more sugar in small amounts. I tasted it after adding a pinch at a time until I got it to where I liked it.
Copycat Chili's Salsa: Ingredients 2 14.5-oz cans whole tomatoes 1 4-oz. can diced jalapenos ½ onion, chopped 1 t. garlic powder 1½ t. salt 1 t. cumin 1 t. sugar juice of half a lime Instructions Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend until the consistency you prefer. Refrigerate for an hour so before serving.
