'The Founder' (Jan. 20) - While it'll be seeing limited release in December to make it Oscar‐eligible, this biopic of McDonald's bigwig Ray Kroc won't be hitting most theaters until later in January. It looks like the extra wait will be well worth it, though. Michael Keaton will play the crafty, milkshake‐ peddling Kroc as he continues his recent career renaissance, and Nick Offerman and John Carroll Lynch will play McDonald's founders Richard and Maurice McDonald.
