If you are lover of the George Foreman grills like I am and hate cleaning up that pesky grease tray here is a tip for ya. Take about a foot of aluminum foil Reynolds Wrap works best fold it in half and put it in the tray an easier cleanup.
Balsamic portobellos- I make these in our George Foreman all the time. Combine equal parts of balsamic vinegar and olive oil (a tablespoon or two, depending on how many mushrooms you have) and add some sliced onion and garlic. Pour this mixture over the mushrooms and marinate in the fridge at least one hour. Grill them on the grill for 5 minutes or until tender. Good enough for a main course!
