Parihuela: Es un plato popularmente conocido en Perú y más exactamente en las costas del Perú. Los antiguos costeros del Perú realizaban distintos guisos con pescado y marisco, desde cocer el pescado sobre fuego, asarlos sobre brasas o piedra, hervido, o macerado con chicha y alcohol. Sus ingredientes son: Un pescado, cangrejo, caldo de pescado, limones, rodajas de rocoto, chicha de jora, aderezo de cebolla, sal, pimienta, etc. Se acompaña con as yucas, chocho, la cebolla y el yuyo.
