CANCUN TAQUERíA - 1107 Broad St. The Lunch Buddy thoroughly enjoyed her enchiladas, which were plated beautifully. It came with Spanish rice, beans and a little avocado salad, too. And she loved that the chicken enchiladas came in white corn tortillas. Instead of being fried, the tortillas had been dipped in a sauce before being rolled up, perhaps a ranchera-type sauce.
