Agregar rajitas de flor de calabaza, chile jalapeño, cebolla y epazote. Sazonar con sal y poner encima otra penca de nopal para formar el sándwich.

Una especie de sándwich vegetariano con nopales en lugar de pan y rellenos de verduras.

Hipcooks!   24 croustade cups 1 cup creme fraiche 4 ounces smoked salmon, cut into 24 pieces 24 capers ½ a large red onion, very finely diced 1 tomato, cored, seeded and very finely diced    Place a dolllop of creme fraiche into each pastry cup and top with a piece of smoked salmon. Put a caper in each, and a sprinkling of the red red onion and tomato. Place of a serving platter and garnish with strewn chives, lemon curls and a few twists of black pepper.
