Strawberry and Cream Cheese Stuffed French Toast We love French Toast at Matisse. And we love putting things inside French Toast to make it even better than just some bread thrown on a griddle. We already have a chocolate ganache filled version on the menu. Now we are stepping it up just a bit and taking fresh strawberries that are coming into season and layering them with cream cheese and a little brown sugar and adding a side of Laura Ann’s strawberry jam.
Ice Cream Cake use cake pans the same size of the cake for ice cream, line them with saran wrap and then put in a mixture of 2 parts ice cream to 1 part cool whip. Once it is frozen you can easily lift it out and place it on the cake. cover in ganache
