Vanilla Ice Cream with Chunky Peanut Butter Sauce and Ginger Snaps
Peanut Butter Sauce. Awesome! Use 1 c pb, 1/5 c milk, 1/4 c honey. And be VERY careful to only slightly, slightly warm up (on the lowest setting, stirring constantly) just to get it mixed (it should be completely incorporated and the consistency of a slightly runny peanut butter) or the peanut butter will break and you'll have an oily mess.
