Goddess Artemis-I looked up my name in childhood & had my imagination so I really enjoy seeing all of her representations. I identified with her for decades but never saw any artwork nor made any. My name means Artemis/Diana. I'm a Sagittarius too.I've been drawn to moon symbology as well as the representative bow & arrow of my sign & the moon goddess's protector role in nature.

Nike o Niké...la Divinidad griega de la Victoria.

Hera, Greek goddess of marriage, womanhood, and childbirth, was also known as queen of the gods. Her name literally means “lady”, which could well be interpreted as “The Lady”, since she was considered the alpha female of all of the Greek goddesses. She was said to be one of the most beautiful - a trait that seems to have been of extremely high importance to the goddesses, but was also one of the most jealous and spiteful of anyone in Greek mythology.

In Greek mythology Homonoia (Greek: Ὁμόνοια) was Goddess of Concord, Unanimity, and Oneness of Mind. Her opposite was Eris (Strife). Homonoia was believed to be the daughter of Soter, the Saviour Daimon, and Praxidike, the Goddess of Judicial Punishment and Vengeance. Her siblings were Arete (a goddess personifying Virtue) and Ktesios, minor God of Household. Arete and Homonoia were referred to as the Praxidikai, taking this name after their mother.

I will name my eldest daughter, Persephone after my favorite greek mythology story. My second daughters name will be Seraphina. I am also OBSESSED with the names Aria, Lena, Penelope, Anya, Odette and Mia too. I think I am addicted to Greek names.

Gwenhwyfar "Gwenhwyfar, the Welsh Goddess, is believed to have existed as long as there has been surf to pound against rocky shores. Praised for her wise judgement, it was prophesied that no man could rule Wales without her by his side." She is also known as Guinevere, or Gueneva. Her name means "White Shadow" or "White One" which is another name for a Fairy Goddess. - Wiccan Moonsong
