Not only was this a visual reminder of the weight I wanted to lose, but it made me excited to get that "after" shot! I pre-cut fruits and veggies and pre-portioned snacks. If I was having a hard day at least I still knew the points/calories of what I was eating/binging on instead of mindlessly plowing through an entire bag of chips.
