Winning Apple Crisp -- A definite winner in my book! I love serving this in the fall to friends and family. I always add a bit more cinnamon than the recipe calls for (because cinnamon is simply wonderful). I've also debated making a half-recipe more of the crumb mixture...I'll have to try it and see if that's a good or bad idea :-)
