Easy and Delicious Ranch Parmesan Chicken 6 boneless chicken breast 1 cup dry bread crumbs, (even better, use panko breadcrumbs) 1⁄4 cup (up to 1/3) parmesan cheese 1 tsp seasoning salt 1⁄2 tsp (up to 1) black pepper, ground 1⁄2 tsp (up to 1) garlic powder 1 cup prepared ranch salad dressing, (use bottled salad dressing, you might need a bit more dressing) 1⁄4 cup butter, melted (no substitutes)
3 Envelope Beef Roast--★★★★1 envelope each--dry italian dressing, dry ranch dressing & dry brown gravy, 2 cups water & 3 # roast--mix the mixes & water together, brown roast if desired, place roast in slow cooker, pour mixture over & cook 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low
Mozzarella Cheese Ball 8 oz package cream cheese, softened 1/2 package (4 1/2 tsp) dry ranch dressing mix 1/3 cup mayonnaise 2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese finely chopped pecans Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Form mixture into a ball and roll in chopped pecans. Refrigerate before serving with crackers.
Slow Cooker Ranch Pork Chops: 1 can cream of chicken, 1/2 can of chicken broth, 1 package of dry ranch mix in mixing bowl. Then place pork chops (we used 3) into crock pot. Then garlic salt, pepper, and pour mixture over chops. Cook on high for bout 6 hours. They were perfect. Fell right off the bone and away from the fat. :) Enjoy!
