Mmmm...Before and After's of my london broil and roasted carrots. Dipped thst hunk of meat in a mixture I whisked together of worcestershire sauce, old fashioned steak sauce, and a little bit of bbq sauce. Dipped the London broil in the mixture, then rubbed with an (adobo, paprika, oregano, garlic and onion powder seasoning), re-dipped in the mixture, then seasoned again. Layed in a medium pan of beef broth, and also poured the rest of the mixture into the pan and on top of the beef. Cut…
London broils with asparagus...Dipped in worcestershire sauce, then seasoned with an adobo, chili powder, garlic and onion powder, parsley flakes, oregano, and paprika dry rub, and layed in a pan of beef broth..Cut slits into the meat, diced up onions and put them into the slits, and on top of the meat. Then topped with cut up asparagus, and dolloped with butter. Also poured a little more worcestershire sauce on top.
