Love the Crepe Myrtle in the South! We are growing an acre of these in our front yard. Light pink, this color, and crimson. This is what our entrance to our front yard around our driveway will look like in a year or so!
Tuscarora Crape Myrtley is a hybrid between the Japanese Crape Myrtle (Lagerstroemia faurei) and the common Crape Myrtle (Lagerstroemia indica), which was developed by the US National Arboretum in 1978. It produces long lasting clusters of dark pink flowers.
