Great Adult treat for your 4th or July party. Vodka soaked fruit. I used passion fruit flavored vodka because it had the best flavor. You can also use the left over vodka at the end to make a yummy fruity drink. Enjoy!

Rum Soaked Pineapple Pops

Don't be shy... Pineapple season is here! Although it’s still a tad colder here in the US than in the tropics, it’s still completely acceptable to soak your vacation-related produce in booze. My hard liquor consumption is fairly infrequent, but lately booze has worked it’s way into my kitchen. I’m much more of a beer …

Walking Margarita, If we have to eat fruit, we might as well soak it in alcohol. Slice a watermelon and lay the pieces into a baking dish. Pour a shot of Tequila over each slice, then cover the dish and refrigerate at least 3 hours, overnight is better. Check every so often, and feel free to baste with more booze. Before serving, dip edges in some coarse sea salt and maneuver the heat glass free!
