This really made me pause and reevaluate my mindset as a Senior and as a person in general. I've been so set on leaving that I need to appreciate the smaller aspect that I'm going to miss once I'm actually gone. So thank you.

This is lesson using the Dr. Seuss classic. It includes both the lesson plan (scripted so you can use tomorrow) and the printable classwork for students. I used this at the beginning of the year to get to know students and start a dialogue about setting goals and working for them. While it uses the Dr. Seuss book, we actually used this plan in a middle school setting. It can easily be modified for elementary.
