The sun finally came out today so you know I couldn’t resist eating outside. Here’s my #dinner & #postworkout meal: grilled ahi tuna steak + grilled asparagus + brown rice mixed with cilantro, lime, garlic & cherry tomatoes. Eating uncooked tuna for some reason makes me sick, so I tend to cook mine about 90%. I marinated it for a few minutes with Bragg Liquid Aminos, lime juice, garlic and sesame seeds. Then I pan-fried it in a nonstick skillet using coconut oil. What’s on your plate…
