This lasagna soup is delicious! My family gives it 4 stars! I added double the meat because it was a very thin soup, but with the extra meat it was perfect. I didn't have canned diced tomatoes so I just cut up 1 1/2 of home grown tomatoes. I didnt have any of the 3 cheeses they said so I added 1/3 cup cottage cheese, 1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup pepper jack cheese and 1/4 cup smoked bacon cheese.
