Garden Crudités with Light Green Goddess Dip
Serve fresh Garden Crudités in Light Green Goddess Dip in a bright purple cabbage bowl or in little cups for brunch, a spring shower, or garden pool party!
One of my favorite things at the Melting Pot is their Green Goddess Dressing. It's so good. I love stuffing the mushrooms with it, dipping the veggies in it, eating it off of a spoon. It's embarrassing, but not enough to hide it from you all. The thing about making it at home is that I can do all of that stuff and no one sees me. This goodness is great stuffed into mushrooms, celery, used as a dip for vegetables. It's also very easy to make. So enjoy!
I always thought of creamy dressings as junk food, until I started using Greek yogurt instead of sour cream or regular mayonnaise. Use the dressing like you'd use any ranch or Green Goddess dressing; on salads, as a dip for veggies, or as a sauce for anything your kids claim they won't eat. It can also be used as a marinade, on top of baked potatoes, or served as a dipper for your oven fries. Now you can serve creamy dressings without the guilt.
