FETJÀ - Ingredientes: hígado de cerdo, corazón de cerdo, asadura, costillas de cerdo, tocino, manteca, sal, pimienta negra, pimentón. Cortar todo a trozos, lavar y sin escurrir poner en una olla. Cocer a fuego lento con manteca, un poco de pimienta negra, sal y un poco de pimentón rojo. Removerlo para que no se pegue. El tiempo de cocción será de 1h 30 min.
